2015 Cabernet Sauvignon | Napa Valley

Our signature Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Broken Rock Vineyard at an elevation of 800 feet on Atlas Peak. The fruit was harvested at 26.4 Brix, primary fermentation was completed in two weeks. The wine was racked into French oak barrels with medium toast and then aged in a combination of new and previously used oak for 20 months. We blended the Broken Rock Cabernet with 4 percent Petit Verdot, 3 percent Malbec, 3 percent Syrah, 1 percent Merlot, and 1 percent Cabernet Franc to yield a wine with great texture, dark plum and dark cherry, and a hint of cocoa. It exhibits soft tannins, nice acidity, and integrated oak with immediate appeal but should gain complexity over the 7 to 10 years.

2014 Cuvee No. 1 | Vineyard Select | Napa Valley

Our 2014 Cuvee no. 1 Red Wine comes from 5 distinctive Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards throughout Napa Valley that represent both hillside and valley floor terroir. Each vineyard - Konrad from Mt. Veeder, Ponti Road from Rutherford, Beatty Ranch from Howell Mountain, Broken Rock from the base of Atlas Peak, and Odyssey from Atlas Peak – were fermented separately, spent 32 months in a combo of new and previously used French oak barrels with medium toast. Each lot was then blended together to make a wine that represents the best of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon. We finished the wine with 2 percent Merlot, 1.5 percent Petit Verdot, and 1 percent Cabernet Franc to yield a wine that is rich on the palate with immediate appeal. There are aromatics of dark fruit, cigar box and cedar, a hint of eucalyptus, and dark chocolate and coffee with fine tannins and well integrated oak. Great weight on the palate with a long, balanced finish gives this wine opulence that should develop over the next 5 to 7 years.

White Wine

2017 SAUVIGNON BLANC | MORGAEN LEE VINEYARD | YOUNTVILLE | NAPA VALLEY

Our first release from the Morgaen Lee Vineyard won a Bronze Medal at the San Francisco International Wine Competition. We are excited to follow-up our debut release with a wine that will be equally as complex and pleasing. We plan on releasing this wine in Spring 2018.

Pink Wine

2017 ROSE | HERINGER ESTATE VINEYARD | CLARKSBURG CALIFORNIA

Our debut Rose release is sourced from the acclaimed Heringer Estate Vineyard in Sacramento River Delta in the Clarksburg AVA. We sourced Tempranillo and a little Grenache to create a Rose that is both playful, refreshing, and complex. This wine will be released in Spring 2018.
